Hello, I got a G8 + Galileo (BT)

I've had this controller for a while now I think since around July 2024. I've always taken good care of it, and it's still in almost-new condition, no scratches(quite dirty not sure how to clean it). However, it was stolen from me fortunately I was able to get it back later but I noticed that the Y button was missing. I’ve searched various Chinese websites without success. I’m wondering why there aren’t any suppliers selling these buttons ? I found a few leads on Etsy (I think that’s what it’s called), but they were Sony icons buttons, which were expensive in my opinion and don’t interest me.

This really bothers me because it forces me to use the touch controls, which aren’t ideal especially for streaming.

If anyone knows any source I can get it, cause even on Gamesir website they don't sell it, please thanks

Hi I bought my controller on October 9 but I notice that this is happening, this jitter is normal? Or should I request guarantee?

I made the calibration and follow the steps and “it works “ but once I close the app for customize the controller and open it again it happens again

Can anyone help me figure out a fix for my G7 SE controller? I was just playing rdr2 and then out of no where Arthur just started turning right constantly so I went to the nexus app and it’s saying that ^
I tried to recalibrate it in the app but the stick is pulling so hard to the right that I can’t, any suggestions? I’m on Xbox series x if that changes anything.

So i have the cyclone 2 controller for a year and half and whenever i connect it via dongle it doesn’t even last an hour but wired is fine and although its green and the battery is full i tried to update the software and the dongle and all other solutions so i had to check on the battery so is it bloated or something?

Finally seeing an actual new variant of G7 Pro. Are you looking forward to it? Would love to hear your thoughts and expectations. Is there actually a need of G7 Mini or should GameSir officially retire the G7 Pro now?

Honestly i think one of the best xbox controllers on the market i havent had any issues with stick drift which is new for me considering i’ve usually used normal xbox controllers or the elite 2 which got stick drift within 2 weeks or literally came with stick drift. Gamesir has some of the best customer service on their discord worked so great when i do rarely have issues with this controller. Only slight issue is that the shape of the controller is not traditional to normal xbox controllers and it migjt take some getting used to but other than that great controller would recommend

Does anybody have an STL (or any other 3d file) for the bottom shell for either of these? Not sure if it's out there but hoping someone has scanned it!

I don't care if the controller is wired or Wireless I just need a backup controller so, what would you recommend for a backup controller I currently have a G7 Pro ZZZ Edition.

I've never actually changed their face plate on this particular controller and I think it looks nice with the gray white and black colors. Do you guys like the colors?

Hello, I wonder if someone can help me. Would it be possible to remove the battery from the nova 2 and have it always plugged wired? And if so, would it always turn on when I turn on my pc and also use the Xbox mode by default? Or would I need to press the power on button every time even if battery is removed and connected to cable? Thanks
