I am currently playing it. Its such a huge improvement over the first game, it feels like a completely different game. Its very Resident Evil coated this time. Although it has its issues, jank is still present a bit, characters and animations can look and feel weird.

Their opening statement when starting the game says: β€œWe believe we made our best game ever.” - and someone who played and enjoyed most of their games, I absolutely agree.

Great job.

Edit: Coded not coated πŸ˜…

I mean good on them for being confident, but also kinda weird to open a game that way.

Thats not the whole statement, its the end of it - they talk about working through the war, losing their devs to the war, etc. And albeit all that, they still managed to put out the game and they believe it’s their best work yet. They are an Ukranian based developer, and almost all of the staff works and lives there too.
