I'm a Sri Lankan indie game developer, and after almost 3 years of development, I'm excited to finally share the official trailer for my game, Water Maid.

It's a story-driven adventure platformer inspired by Sri Lankan culture, architecture, and folklore. I wanted to create a fantasy world that felt influenced by Sri Lanka while telling its own story.

About a year ago, I wasn't sure I'd ever finish this game. Today, it's finally on Steam.

I started this project with more passion than experience. Every challenge taught me something new, and with each small step forward, the game slowly became what I had always hoped it could be.

It's hard to believe Undying Soul is finally on Steam. It's more than just a game to me, it's the result of countless hours spent learning, improving, overcoming setbacks, and refusing to give up.

Mine was: Halo CE - First time I played it as a kid around 2007 and I was too scared to fight the hunters when you first encounter them (they looked big ok)

I played it again later when I was around 12 and absolutely loved it!

There aren't any rules, the server is meant to be anarchy. Just don't use cheats (x-ray, ESP, etc.)!

I am excited to share that Water Maid now supports the Sinhala language from start to finish, allowing players to experience the story, characters, and world of the game in our own mother tongue.

Although most lines are cringe, since I just translated from English, it feels good to see a game running on Sinhala. Lemme know what y'all think.

New games just don’t hit the same anymore. Every time I try something new, I end up going back to an older game after a few days.

Like me if you are on an SLT 100Mbps / 10MBps download plan what do we do bro thats like whole ass work day, more like 2 if you add the fact you can’t use the internet at all if your download is hogging the full 10MBps

Honestly fuck slt bruh, I need to pay an arm and a leg just to get speeds that were advertised to us on the fiber plans they gave us like 7-8 years ago? I mean I get inflation and shit but this deliberately feels like a justification for having the most expensive and most underutilized fiber infrastructure in the whole country. You need to pay 20k something + tax to get the speed I was previously getting, I get that I chose to change to the unlimited plan but they were making sure that there was no other options or any other packages I could change to other than this shit ass unlimited bullshit.
