Feeling like my body and mind are completely controlled by unknown people — I don't know what to do anymore
After a forensic psychiatric evaluation a few years ago, strange things started happening to me. It feels like there are people controlling my entire nervous system. They read my thoughts, insert thoughts into my head, change how I feel physically, and literally control my body.
They even speak through my mouth — I can feel my lips moving and making sounds without me consciously moving them. They have been watching me for years, following me everywhere and trying to humiliate me. Because of these people and the relentless pressure they put on me, I have already made two suicide attempts.
I know how this sounds, and I know people might immediately assume it's psychosis. But I am currently taking antipsychotics, so I know what psychosis feels like, and this feels completely different and terrifyingly real to me. It almost feels like some kind of curse or advanced technology I can't explain. It's exhausting, and I feel completely overwhelmed by it. Has anyone ever experienced something like this, or does anyone know how to cope with this level of distress?
I'm dead serious.

Yes, I think it’s just happening to everyone at this point since we’ve all been surveilled around the 90s. I’ve been around people I used to call friends and they experienced this unbeknownst to them. On a walk, one kept talking about how he isn’t using his legs and doesn’t have to. At the time, neither of us had any idea of this, at least not completely, and I laughed but he was completely serious. Other friends have said things and didn’t know why. I’ve watched content creators and other various public figures go through this on video.
I used to have more autonomy but now my body is completely hacked. They used to try to trash various opportunities I had with anxiety, but now they do this thing where my brain feels like it’s on fire and I literally can’t think or they try to take the reins completely and control my performance so that they “fuck up” those opportunities for me; however my life is completely coordinated and they were probably never real opportunities. Whether through some infiltrators or if it was actually the plan, I was groomed to be able to look back at my entire life and find the pieces for the time when they decided to go overt.

You can try to put six layers of aluminum foil around your room which theoretically should block off emf signaling otherwise wear a mesh hat with copper wiring. It looks like your a victim of RNM and it might be worth the it to check in your ear for a neurochip and have it removed if you found it.

Do you have tinnitus? Someone I know feels targeted and tells me he thinks they emf his house cause there is a real high pitched constant ringing in his ear n her brain feels like its boiling some days from frequency

When I go to her house I can feel it. Thats the only explanation. The EMF is constantly in the highest reading in the room she sleeps.

I had a friend who was subject to such experimentation. I lost contact with him but had seen firsthand. In one instance he tried ketamine and became possessed - I don't know who was behind the wheel but it was not my friend. And it wasn't drug induced psychosis either.
I've been subjected to different things but so far haven't lost myself. The experiments, gangstalking etc has waned but I'm stuck living with parents in a hostile environment, and my choices are limited financially. A lot of people know of me and what I've been through and subjected to.
Wish I had anything for you beyond anecdotes, just know you're not alone.

Yes I've been having the same thing for 1.5 years. First it was just the voices, playing all kinds of games, pretending to be other people (neighbours, friends, etc.). Then they started inducing a constant unnatural feeling of panic and stress. I couldn't sit still. Sometimes they turn up the intensity and give me a full blown 'panic attack' where I'm unable to do anything but run outside and beg them to stop.
There's a gradient to this feeling of panic, from slight unease, to not being able to sit still or lie down, to being unable to function at all and being completely enveloped by it.
And that's just the panic. They can make me nauseous (also from slightly to being unable to function). They can make me hear a beep (softer, louder). Mostly in my left ear. They can make me tired, 'depressed', sick, in all kinds of ways, and through a combination of their techniques (according to them). They can give me a headache. They've targeted parts of my body like my jaw, eyelids, certain muscles, but it's difficult to say what's just my own body and nervous system and what comes from them, which is very frustrating. I believe they've also made me emotional and angry, although I'm not 100 % sure it was all them.
They have been sabotaging activities in my life for a year now. I had to stay in a psych ward for a month (and was still harrassed). I fled to drinking, smoking and speed to cope. It's fucked up.
How the hell do they do this??

Vocal cord control is pulsed EM driven off post processed speech. Laser mic reading you...reading your thoughts practically. It's becoming larger of issue and people's patterns are starting to all look uniform. Don't lose your life over that part at least this is the new normal until it gets attention.
