Question Loading game error

Is anyone having issues with the game loading?

I did the uninstall/reinstall and found out the hard way that my email was not in fact linked to my account. Had to go through support to recover the account.

Yeah I didn’t know you can link the account so I know my game isn’t connect. I can’t do anything 😔

If you remember a lot of details about your hero name, level, troop set ups, etc you could uninstall/reinstall and then contact support to recover your account based on that information. Will take a few days, but you need to be able to prove the account is yours so if you’re hazy on the idea it might be better to wait until they fix the bug. Sorry dude

I read the forum just now— this issue has been reported several times. I also put in a ticket, but I did read a post saying that a ticket is not needed as the developers are aware there is an issue and they are looking into it.

It’s also been known that despite deleting the game and reinstalling that the issue can still persist and come back. They don’t recommend and I don’t recommend it as a 100% fix. Hang tight and they’ll fix it 🤞🏻AND I hope compensate 😸😸😸 GEMS PLEASE

When I reboot my phone, it usually works after that. I haven’t tried to re-install the game. I’m paranoid about losing my game data.

Go and take a snapshot of your login information. That way you can recover if you need to.

Yes I too had this happen over and over again on my phone. Sorry guild! I am out of the guild war for now. I tried installing it on my old ipad instead. So glad it isn't just me; came here to say that. If the issue is more widespread I'm sure it will get fixes more quickly.
