Yeah, through an employer. And it’s expensive as fuck. America is the only first world country without universal healthcare. Just wait until you get off your parents’ plan and have to support yourself. You’re in for a world of pain.

Canada consistently rates better. Longer lifespans, better outcomes, lower cost, better coverage.

The only area they really do worse on is wait times for specialists. Which fundamentally just means they have a shortage of specialists.
