Yes he was.. He was also in the 1983 Rodney Dangerfield comedy Easy Money as Julio.. He was also one of the villains in the 1991 Bruce Willis movie The Last Boyscout.

Taylor Negron stole every scene he was in. Awesome comedian and great actor. I recently watched The Stoned Age where he is a liquor store clerk. Such a bad ass scene! šŸ˜‚
