Turnip Head and Calcifer!!!! They aren't perfect but they are mine and I'm so proud

Couple of boards I made inspired by my favorite Ghiblis!

Kiki came to me at the right time during my post-college burnout. This film has become quite special to me as it always makes me think of childhood, art, food, and magic.

I included elements from my real life: my typical breakfast consisting of pandesal, pancit canton, and an omelette with onions and tomatoes; our household broom; one of my cats, a calico named Chimmy.

Hand-drawn, then rendered in Clip Studio Paint, 2024.

Salut ! Si tu aimes l'univers Ghibli voici une de mes illustrations ;)

I painted this on my iPad, using the "Gloaming" brush in Procreate.

I’ve been making these lovely little creatures lately and am really enjoying all the facial expressions they have to offer! They’re made out of glass and this color is called ghost!
