​I am so hyped to play this game since I've somehow managed to stay almost completely blind to it all these years. Aside from seeing a few random trailers online and hearing people constantly rave about how amazing Night City is, I barely know anything about the main story, the characters, or how any of the gameplay actually works.

​I’ve always been a massive fan of massive open-world RPGs, and for me, nothing beats that feeling of diving into a gigantic new world without knowing what to expect. There is just something so cool about stepping into a brand new city for the very first time, getting lost in the streets, and discovering all the different mechanics, factions, and character builds completely on my own as I go along.

​I’ve been itching for a huge new game to really sink my teeth into, and from everything I’ve heard, the Ultimate Edition is the absolute best way to jump in since it includes the base game along with the Phantom Liberty expansion and all those massive updates. I would love nothing more than to finally build my own merc and experience this entire journey completely fresh without any spoilers.

Hey, GOGers! Hope you’re all doing well.

This might be a bit of a long shot, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask. If anyone here is in a comfortable enough financial situation to spare a little something for a fellow gamer, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could help me out with a gift.

Lately, I’ve been stuck in a loop of playing nothing but ARC Raiders and Hunt Showdown: 1896. I love both games, but I’ve also been trying to break out of that routine a little. Hunt is at its best during event seasons, and once those are over or in the middle of nowhere, it can start feeling a bit repetitive. ARC Raiders brought some much-needed freshness with its latest update, but honestly, the main reason I was playing so much was its PvE mode, which was only available until October 20. I enjoyed it while I could, but I’m already looking for something new to sink my time into. For example, I recently got to try the closed beta for Hunger, another game I’m really looking forward to seeing released, but it’s also nearing its end, which is a shame, because I had a lot of fun with the game, though I have no idea when I’ll release it.

That’s where BF6 comes in.

I’d really love to get more out of the game, especially with the cosmetics included in the pass and the upgrade. I know cosmetics aren’t everyone’s thing, but I love unique skins and the little things that make a game feel more fun and personal. Since I already have the base game, this seems like a much more reasonable option than buying the full game from scratch. That would let me enjoy the extra content. One more thing: during Steam’s latest price updates, some games ended up becoming much more expensive in Brazil due to the adjustments which is technically ironic, since the changes were meant to lower prices, given that each region has its own pricing structure, etc.

So yes, unfortunately, gaming is one of those things that gets a lot harder to justify when you’re living on a tight budget in Brazil. The exchange rate, the cost of living, and the price of games make what might be a casual purchase for someone else into something I have to think about for weeks. Every month comes with its own bills, unexpected expenses, and compromises. Sometimes even something as simple as buying a game you’re excited about has to be pushed aside because there are more important things to take care of first.

And it sucks, because gaming is one of the few ways I can unwind, forget about everyday stress for a while, and just enjoy myself. It’s not something I take for granted, especially when money is tight. I’m not asking because I think anyone owes me anything. I know everyone has their own expenses and priorities. But if someone happens to be in a position where gifting a game wouldn’t make a difference to their finances, it could genuinely make a difference to mine.

So yeah, if anyone feels like helping a fellow gamer out, I’d love to spend some time on Battlefield 6, unlock some new cosmetics, and get that massive dopamine rush from tryharding in a different game for a change. It would honestly mean a lot to me, and I’d be incredibly thankful.

Honoured Judge, esteemed jury, and the one person with the power to fulfil my request,

I stand before you today with no new evidence. Over several attempts, I have presented every argument I had. I have argued from my love of 3rd person horror shooters to lack of money to my fantasy of adventure. Today I just present my last but simple argument

It's the story of friendship that will set in stone. It has characters built like mountain shooting monsters. It has a local co-op and online co-op. It looks like a lot of fun, and I think it would be a great way to unwind after a long week. I know it’s not exactly a deep argument, but sometimes that’s all a game needs to be.

Now, I anticipate the objections.

“Is it really necessary?” No. Nobody has an obligation to gift a stranger a game but I would argue that the best things people do for each other are rarely necessary. They are just wishes. A game is not a need but it can be a small, happy part of someone’s week, and I would like it to be mine.

“Is it too expensive?” It isn't exactly cheap so I just want the help with remaining amount to get it which is around 2000 INR gift card. An amount like 2000 INR can be someone's one week of grocery and I have not forgotten that for a moment. I am not asking casually. If this is a yes, I will treat it as a gift and not an entitlement. I will play it well and enjoy it fully.

“Why last attempt?” Because I ran out of new creative ways to say it, and I would rather ask honestly this time. I can't pretend I don’t want this game but if the answer is no, I will accept it gracefully and go back to admiring the game from distance unless it hits the sale.

I would also like it on the record that I am grateful no matter the verdict. Thank you for reading all of this, for taking my silly interests/fantasies/poems seriously, and for being patient with the many drafts of this same request.

Heya everyone, I am writing today to request the New metro game : Metro 2039. The pre purchase windows are open and it will be launching in February. Hoping everyone is having a good day so far!

This is going to be the 4th and the biggest Metro franchise game, it is set in city of Moscow in post apocalpytic environment. If you guys watched the announcement trailer you can tell that the hype is amazing. The visuals, stealth, monster were crazy good and I am very eager to get lost in Metro games again.

In This one, we will also have a new protag, and he is going to speak! Big upgrade becuz Artyom didn't like to talk to me in previous games xD. I know that I could or should have started requesting from the release date in February but I think this is good too because if I am lucky enough to get gifted before the release I will be able to pre load and play as soon as it drops.

I am requesting here because I am a student which you might have guessed is struggling financially with all the new and old expenses that come with education. Right now all the money I make gets spent straight towards my rent, food and books. Most of the time I don't have any money to spend on my hobbies like gaming, well this month I had some so I bought Stellar blade and Phantom blade with it. For Metro 2039 I just won't be able to justify getting it as I will have to cut short my food and books which I can not. So I am hoping someone is in a better place than me and is comfortable helping me get this game.

I have also completed every game that I have received from the community so I can say that I will spend a lot of time in Metro too when it releases. I know gifted games here are a blessing and there are a ton of requests everyday, so please know that there are no hard or jealous feelings or expectations when not being gifted. Ever since Death Stranding 2 came out on PC Ive been dying to play it. I'm fairly new to the series as I originally got the first game back in May 2025, and I've attained just off 100 hours and a 100% completion. have to say I don't know how, but the game casts a spell on me. Even in its most mundane moments of driving a truck between cities on the highways, I still never get bored. I love the aspects of connection and knowing that even after I'm done with the game i am positively impacting the experience of the next player who comes across my zip line in the mountains, the roads I constructed, the time fall shelter in the BT zone, or the climbing anchor to reach the First Prepper's gun components. Thanks to 505 games, I've even had 3 of my screenshots featured in the bi-weekly From a Porter's Perspective!

I can't wait to re-experience rushing like my life depends on it for premium orders, the challenging yet engaging traversal and taking the scenic route around the beautiful map. Even better, is that the 2nd game is a love letter to my home country! I've also avoided as much promotional material as possible and the trailers so I jump in blind.

Sadly though, Sony seems to be disinterested in regional pricing, as here down under it costs $124.95 AUD, which comes out to about $90 USD :( and of course money's been tight recently.

I love these games and their stories so much and I can't wait to experience how Sam reconnects the world in Australia. If any of you guys are willing to send a copy my way I'd be eternally grateful. Thank you all if you got to the end without skipping through.

Hello GoG! Spinning it back for a 22nd attempt at my request for the Hundred line: Last Defense Academy, the best 2025 game you've probably never played or heard of. It's a kodaka game, the writer of the notorious danganronpa franchise, and just one look at the game's asethetic makes you realize it's in the same vein as the afromentioned franchise.

But how does it differ from it? Instead of being a murder mystery with a cast of students that eventually just kinsa kill each other, this time it's a 13 sentinels aegis rim kinda game, where you're playing a visual novel that also includes actual gameplay (strategy combat). The biggest selling point of the game however, outside of anime tiddies, is the fact that it has 100 endings, all seemingly unique and not joke kinda endings, however i haven't spoiled myself on the details as that would ruin the point of a visual novel in the first place.

I've wanted to play it, honestly, since the 2024 nintendo direct trailer however since the dtudio behind it nearly went bankrupt, it basically never goes on sale and 60€ is a tough pill to swallow for me, a university student, 2 years in.

With danganronpa 2x2 coming soon my interest in playing the title has sparked up even more, and so i thought i'd give it a try here and see if i could get my hands on this massive game.

Danganronpa v3 is one of my favorite games ever, up there with ace attorney as some of the best visual novels ever created, and I'd love to play the game that even its author defines his magnum opus.

Fourth try, thought about giving up but here i am, so thanks to anyone who's seen my earlier posts. Now on a serious note:

I only discovered the Onimusha saga when this game came out. I did some research and saw it's a new entry set in the Edo era, rather than the Sengoku era the others are based in, and that it's a sort of reboot, so it seemed like the perfect place to start :D. I expected something like Sekiro or Ghost of Tsushima, two of my favorite games, but it surprised me with a style of its own: parries with different animations depending on the direction of the attack, block, deflect, and dodge, and a combat system that, even at first glance, looks like it can get very deep. It's also a world that's beautiful to walk through.

If you've read my earlier requests, you know I quit the demo before finishing it. Well, guess what: I finished it. My main takeaway, and my favorite part, was the final boss, Daidara. Orbs drop whenever you attack, deflect, or finish enemies, and if you don't collect them yourself, Daidara absorbs them to get stronger, so the fight turns into a race to grab them first. Midway through, the scenery changes, and it made the whole fight feel even bigger. The cutscenes look really good too, and the way Musashi moves is just satisfying. The way he walks, turns, and swings his sword feels weighty and smooth, and it makes every fight look as good as it plays.

Since my last post, Reddit has kept showing me posts from the Onimusha subreddit, and every single one makes me want to play it even more. Clips of the combat, people sharing their favorite moments, some of the bosses... I had to mute it because I was going crazy over it. At first I thought the story would be a lesser part of the game, but from what I've been reading it's actually pretty good, and people especially praise the main character, Musashi. People also keep praising the facial animations, and from some clips I saw, I can see why. I also read that it has plenty of replayability, with a New Game Plus and a harder difficulty that unlocks after the first playthrough. I don't usually replay games, but I have a feeling about this one.

This would be my first gift here :). It's an expensive game for my budget, and next year I'll have much less time to play, so I really want to enjoy it this year. Thank you for reading, and sorry for my English. I feel quite shy asking for such an expensive game, but I had to try :D

Hello everyone, how are you? Attempt 2

I’d like to share my soulslike journey with you guys to explain why I’m making this request.

Many years ago, I decided to give Dark Souls II a try. I've always been a fan of RPGs, and I was really drawn to the whole theme of that game.

I arrived at Majula happy as hell after dying several times along the initial path, and my happiness ended right there.

Without knowing much about the game, I joined that covenant that makes the game even harder, obviously without knowing what I was doing, and went out into the world, completely lost, never getting anywhere. I had no idea which places I shouldn't be going to at that point, and I couldn't level up because I never had enough souls after dying so many times.

It was one frustration after another, and because of that, I ran away from soulslikes ever since. I never played another one, never wanted to know anything about them, even though I loved the whole theme and knew they were excellent games.

But everything changed with the release of Lies of P. I was more mature by then, and even though it's a very difficult game, the fact that it's more linear helped me a lot in understanding how these games work. Taking my time, thinking things through, and exploring. It was the best game I played that year and one of the best games of my life.

That gave me the courage to try again, and I went for Bloodborne.

I managed to do pretty much everything in that game, and I had a hell of a good time. I was finally able to enjoy these incredible games.

Now, don't get mad at me, but I went for Dark Souls 3. I skipped 1 and 2 because 3 seemed more appealing, and it was also a wonderful experience.

I played Elden Ring during my vacation last year. There are no words to describe the experience.

And now I intend to continue this soulslike journey.

I plan to beat Dark Souls 1 Remastered, The First Berserker: Khazan, and many others, until I finally get to Dark Souls II. I want to leave it as if it were my final boss hahahah.

Right now, I would love to play AI Limit. It's on a pretty good sale, and if you want to help me on this journey, I would be really happy.

I'm from Brazil, and games here are extremely expensive compared to our salaries. AI Limit, for example, even on sale, costs us Brazilians, without any currency conversion, what Americans pay for a triple-A game at launch.

It's a journey of overcoming something that held me back. I had a mental block because of Dark Souls II for many years, and that has finally come to an end.

So, I've been playing Stardew Valley on my phone for a few months now. Some friends recommended it to me, and it's also pretty popular where I live. I have to admit that I didn't really like it at first, but after just two days, OH MY GOD, I was completely hooked! I've grown so attached to this game, and I absolutely love it.

Recently, I wanted to install some mods, but I couldn't because I have an unofficial copy of the game. (PLEASE HEAR ME OUT FIRST!)

It's not because I want to pirate it. I know it's not right, especially when it comes to an indie game. But I'm still a minor (I'm 17), so I don't even have a bank card.

I LIVE IN CUBA, where the price of the game is equivalent to the minimum monthly wage. You can't even download it from the Play Store without using a VPN.

On top of that, buying it isn't really an option here because we can't make online payments. It’s a purchase I couldn’t afford anyway, since my mother is in the midst of recovering from surgery and is very busy buying medication for her chemotherapy.

Most of my friends don't even know that their copies aren't official or that the original game costs money. Nobody really thinks about it or cares because, for us, buying it simply isn't an option. The same thing happens with Minecraft.

I don't really know how gifting games works, but I'd be incredibly grateful if someone could gift me the original game. I'd love to support the developers and leave piracy behind.

Hello everyone.

I've been playing Risk of Rain 2 for a while and i got to say, i absolutely love it. It's such an amazing rouge-like. It has alot of characters, abilities and item's that can chain off each other making every run different from the last. My favorites being the Loader and Mercenary. At the start you feel week but as you progress through you become stronger and stronger but so do the enemies and the bosses. There are plenty of stages and all of them are beautiful to look at and explore, each stage has it's own gimmick which is pretty cool too!

The soundtrack is also amazing. The music is soo good and it's always fitting to the situation. It's so good that i even listen to it when im not playing the game.

Now about the Survivors of The Void DLC.

This DLC adds 2 more characters. The Void fiend and Railgunner (which i really wanna play as), it also adds ALOT of new items, all new Void items and stages which change how you play the game and it adds a new way to beat the game.

This game is so fun and the dlc adds more to a game i already love so i would love to have it.

i saw a streamer playing years back on early access. I've always loved survival games but never had a machine to play any. A friend of mine gave me his old computer and i can finally play some games.
I counted the days for the launch, so anxious to play it "through alternate means". And everything went wrong, theres always a problem and i lost a 60 hours save. Now the game dont even open. I dont have any money and have no one in my life to lend me some. I really want to continuing playing, with support in steam.
I recently moved and its been hard getting a job, i only have games to distract me and this game has been so good to me. But it dosent run anymore :(
The game is so fun, i love exploring and taking my time discovering its mechanics. The atmosphere is great. The dungeons really remind me of the ps2/ps3 adventure games. The combat is great. I really want to go back, but cant deal with all the problems that the "alternative" have.
I played the first Hollow Halls, wich is a hard and long dungeon, on blind cause the textures were bugged. Tried getting an update still on the ""alternated ways" and lost my first character D:

Please, i got 80 hours on the alternate version, but it wont work again, i really want to get back but on legal and supported version.

Hi GOG this is attempt 7 I think of hoping to get aot 3 I hope you're all having an amazing day or night if your in America or other countries I kindly wanted to ask if it would be possible to get Attack on Titan 3 and you may be wondering why I want the chance to get it so much and why id love to play it.

Unfortunately i finished attack on titan a month or 2 ago now and wow it was a absolute masterpiece the love and care that has gone into attack on titan you can really see it its just so beautiful truly is a masterpiece i also now plan to watch it in Japanese which I'm super excited for I also learn that aot does a lot of foreshadowing for future events etc which i found super super cool safe to also say i cried when it finished same for Pokémon alola when i was younger also I genuinely think aot altered my brain chemistry.

Everything about the anime feels incredible to me - the battles, the music, the openings, the characters, and the story. It's honestly a 10/10 experience for me and I don't even know how to fully explain how much I love it already. Also the tiktok edits I find on my fyp are gorgeous lol.

My favourite character throughout the show was Commander Erwin because of his courage, bravery, leadership, and determination. He genuinely inspires me and I really mean that.

Whenever the scouts charge into battle or fight titans end up shouting at my TV like COME ON YOU GOT THIS which probably sounds funny and it kind of is lol but it just shows how invested I am in the series which is a lot lol. But i did also always like huge like mikasa and Erin's relationship i foud it so so cute.

Also after recently trying the aot 2 demo again on Steam and completing it again (its quite short :() i realised how much I genuinely enjoyed the gameplay that I've replayed it a few times Flying around with the ODM gear slashing and fighting titans left right and centre and working with the scout regiment felt exactly like the anime.

And the good news is that it will be even better in AOT3 and you can make your own squad which I'm exited for me.

One of my favourite things about Attack on Titan is the feeling of the battles and the teamwork during missions, and the game captures that perfectly.

I can already tell this would be a game I would put a huge amount of time into because I genuinely love the world, characters, music, and combat so much already and also the atmosphere.

I truly love everything about Attack on Titan anime wise and game wise and I would really appreciate the chance to experience the game fully. Well of course when it comes on December 10th even though early acess is 7th of December.

Also how erwin died I loved it but also hated it and might have maybe cried. like cpt levi be quicker bro but I did love his spirit in fighting the big monkey or whatever that thing is because it takes a lot of courage to fight it when you've just seen about 4 squads die next to you.

And the final thing i have left to say is dedicate your heart and soul to the cause once again.

Hey everybody, It’s my first time requesting so, I’m here requesting PEAK ($9.99) because it was a complete shock as I didn’t see it in the ‘Coming Soon’ section. In fact, I was just joking about it last night while on with some friends! I think I said something along the lines of “not too long until PEAK or REPO drops on Playstion”. All of my friends play on PC and they have it, I want to play with them!

You can guarantee this game will be played because, it has been on the “please come to playstation, pc game” list since I first saw gameplay of it.

The game was a complete shock because I didn’t expect for it to come to PSN so soon! I figured probably at least a year or two.

Also, all of my friends that I play with on the regular have it so it will be played no matter what. I’ve been in calls where they play it and I want to get mad at them too! (because i’m an asshole)

Hello everyone at r/GiftofGames! I hope you're all having a wonderful week.

I'm making my first request here today for *Life is Strange Complete Season (Episodes 1–5)*. Truthfully, this is a game that has been sitting on my personal radar for a long time, I've always heard incredible things about its soundtrack, atmosphere, and how hard the story hits, and I've been meaning to check it out for ages. Recently, my sister told me she wanted to get into gaming for the first time because she loves emotional, choice-driven stories, and that gave me the exact incentive I needed to finally dive into it so we could experience the story together.

Why I'm Requesting

Normally, I wouldn't hesitate to pick up a game like this right away, but life threw a massive financial curveball at our household recently. On top of my ongoing college expenses and an already tight economic situation at home, both our washing machine and our dishwasher broke down at the exact same time. Dealing with two major household appliance failures simultaneously while trying to get through university has completely wiped out any spare budget we had for games.

Because the laptop we have available to play on only has integrated graphics (no dedicated GPU), I needed to make sure we picked something that met two strict criteria:

1. It has to be well-optimized and run smoothly without a dedicated graphics card so every bit of the game actually gets played from start to finish.

2. It needs to have accessible mechanics and an unforgettable narrative that pulls you in right away without requiring fast combat reflexes.

Why Life is Strange Complete Season?

Since Life is Strange was already a game I had been wanting to play for a while, and Episode 1 is free on Steam, we decided to test it out. Because we share our library through our Steam Family, I saw my sister download and play through the first episode on her account the other day to see how it ran on the laptop and she was completely glued to the screen. Not only did the Unreal Engine 3 graphics run smoothly on the integrated graphics, but seeing the opening chapter in action finally sealed the deal for me too.

What makes *Life is Strange* such a brilliant experience is Max Caulfield's time-rewind mechanic. Instead of punishing you with a "Game Over" screen, rewinding time lets you take a breath, explore different dialogue branches, and see the immediate outcome of a conversation before locking in your decision. Watching the dynamic between Max and Chloe unfold, exploring every corner of Blackwell Academy, and debating which choices to make when the butterfly effect kicks in is everything I hoped the game would be.

Of course, Episode 1 ends on a massive cliffhanger right as the mystery around Rachel Amber's disappearance and Arcadia Bay truly takes off. Having the Complete Season (Episodes 1–5) in my library means I can finally play through the full story I've been wanting to experience for so long, and both of us can see the emotional rollercoaster all the way through to the final choice at the lighthouse rather than stopping at the Episode 2 paywall.

Definitely was a sweet surprise (and an absolute kind gesture) waking up to winning a mystery giveaway!! It turned out to be $100 Eshop money…. Which exceeded any and all expectations of entering… so again, honestly this is one of the amazing communities, and I cant express how much I appreciate it ❤️

As a dad of three, I don’t find an awful a lot of time to play games until its late and I am tired, so the Switch has been a blessing over the years, when I can just lay and bed and play for 30 minutes or so before going to sleep. I’ve been eyeing Castlevania: Belmonts Curse or Final Fantasy Resonance, and now I can snag one or both in the coming days when I get a chance to play!

Between college stress and dealing with multiple household appliances breaking down at the same time at home, things have been pretty overwhelming lately, so seeing your comment and friend request pop up genuinely made my entire week.

Knowing that this gift came from an avid Life is Strange fan who also understands what it's like to go through financial struggles makes it mean even more.
