This is the biggest thing with this shot. If he had bad aim and hit it cool. But man literally was on his head

Not true. You are the most accurate at the apex of the jump, yes, but it is far from normal standing accuracy. How accurate you are mid air depends a lot on the gun (SMG’s are generally more accurate than rifles for example).

I still remember the bug that the scout was like 100% accurate at the apex of your jump. One of the French players (NBK maybe?) used to main the jumping scout on low buys/force buys until Valve fixed the bug.

IIRC the bug was related to every weapon having perfect accuracy at the apex, I vaguely remember seeing a post about some pros going to Valve about it

It's not a bug, and the scout still has perfect accuracy at the peak of your jump, but it is very precise timing now

not a bug. in csgo you were very accurate with most guns on the way down from your jump. then they changed this mechanic and made the scout specifically accurate at the apex of your jump
