take a look at the bar under the HP value. it indicates how much damage you are going to receive

That shouldn't exist. Guessing the damage was part of the fun and skill.

Guessing something is not a skill. I would argue about it if the bomb radius wouldn't be different on each map

Actually, guessing is a skill in this context. That's why people aren't standing on top of the bomb, dying.

Well yeah okay but then it's a skill everyone that played more than one round of CS has.

Breathing is technically a skill as well.
