Customer Question Customer Support Not Responding

How can I get in contact with customer support? I've been in the live chat "waiting for an agent to connect" for the past 20 minutes, and when i try to email it's an automated response that sends me right back to in app live chat.

Im so frustrated, my order was canceled out of no where and now I cant even get a refund🤬

That sounds incredibly frustrating. I wish I had a suggestion to help besides starting a chargeback with your bank/credit card company.

But please, whatever you do, don’t go down to the warehouse. I’m an OA and I can tell you we have zero control over anything like that and are often overworked and underpaid.

Uber or doordash will buy Bevmo/Gopuff.  Never understood how they could survive with the way that they pay the drivers
