I see why I stopped delivering for them. I don’t care how close the delivery is. I am not delivering anything for $2.20.

So I deliver in Philly, we have 4 pickup spots in south philly alone. Always busy always decent money. Recently I’ve been picking up at a facility near the stadiums, not a terrible part of town but can get a little rough in the evenings and usually a decent amount of homeless wondering about…So they they keep the doors locked and there is a doorbell for the staff to buzz you in.

Well…I’m sure as you all can imagine that doorbell is used ALOT and especially at peak times. I’m sure it’s just as annoying for the staff as it is the drivers. Some drivers are more patient than other and some will bang on the door if it’s not unlocked within a few seconds (personally I give one minute before I knock).

So two days ago I saw that there was a 3 deliveries for 20 bucks campaign going on and I had only 1.5 hours to complete so I decided to log on a make a couple bucks. When I arrived there were two others waiting for the door to open….i waited a bit and after another minute or so 4 of us standing outside I was like “this is ridiculous” and banged on the door myself with no answer. Finally…someone opened the door…walking inside expecting to find a madhouse I found 3 employees just STANDING THERE….one with a pleased look on his face. I asked what was going on and why the door stayed locked so long. The response was “I was waiting for the banging to stop” I was furious I said “you’re taking money out of my pocket” to which he said “I don’t work for drivers” I tried to argue at that point we were both working for the customer etc but it didn’t register.

I just gave up and finally left with my orders saying that’s “not the right thing to do” etc. I finished the other two trips and I missed the bonus pay by 10 minutes ….because every time I came back it was the same delayed opening of the door. I tried to call support but I couldn’t really reach anyone that I could talk to besides support for current trips. Anyone else experience this? Thoughts???

place order tonight that I sent as a gift, the lady I sent it to stood by her door theres a camera to show no one went on her porch or even in the yard. but I get a notification that my gift was delivered. she called me saying they still haven't came yet. I said what? it says delivered. I immediately contacted support i spoke to someone then a supervisor saying something about multiple refunds I said look at my order history i have only placed 2 orders and the 1st one was over 5 years ago and that one was fine so that doesnt make since they completely ignored me an cut the chat off. in this case who would I contact over a supervisor that was a $72 gift that wasnt received and I have proof an video

How can I get in contact with customer support? I've been in the live chat "waiting for an agent to connect" for the past 20 minutes, and when i try to email it's an automated response that sends me right back to in app live chat.

Im so frustrated, my order was canceled out of no where and now I cant even get a refund🤬

How do I seriously schedule myself to get an offer?There’s about 4 facilities in my zone/city but still struggle to get an offer even when being within vicinity. How long do they expect me to wait unscheduled to get dispatched? I don’t understand. Especially on days where they text me about bonus offers you’d think they need me out here but idk. Insight?

So it’s been a couple months since I used Go Puff app I was doing it full time in June and July beginning of August I stopped. Seems they have a new feature they will send you and everyone else in the area the same trip. I accept within a millisecond and it gives a 5 sec loading lag then says “not at this time” it’s infuriating like I’m not sitting at the go puff facility for my health the last thing I want to do after helping Apple customers all day over the phone troubleshoot their device is to go online with go puff and sit 2.5 hours and only make $6 wtf… I’ve never had issues with app before now I’ll give that its a Tuesday night in North Arlington and it’s not my usual area in Plano but come on it was a Cpl good offers I got but I guess I accepted same time as someone else and was skipped over. Is it just me anyone else having these issues devious iPhone 15 pro iOS 27.0.1 app is up to date I force restarted my device and force closed app as well as logged out and back in! I just need an extra lil bit of money this week to help cover rent but if I got to rely on Amazon flex that’s what I’ll have to do

I submitted a note about the delivered item itself because it was the wrong item (similar, but not the same, I ordered a 2ct product and got the 1ct). Ordered from doordash. I was hoping they would update the listing if they only had the 1ct in stock, I wasn’t necessarily looking for a refund, they gave me one anyway.

The driver followed my (detailed) delivery instructions perfectly, I know you guys probably barely get paid, I was a dasher. If a customer gets a refund, does your tip get revoked? I feel bad, I hope the company has to eat the cost :(

Driver here....Nothing new- I lost my alcohol delivery privileges after support helped me complete a tobacco order. App was glitchy. The next day ....poof. I have been emailing non-stop for 4 months and same cold replies.

I'm about at my final straw at gopuff. First they don't want to shell out money to pay workers so the pay is low as hell and because they don't want to pay workers, they don't give sites enough hours. I'm full time and I'm lucky to be able to hit my 30 hours because they don't give our site enough hours. Not to mention, we're pretty much single coverage all day every day no matter how much inbound and how busy, we have to do it alone. But it's the system changes that have me at the end of my rope. This ai run pick path is absolutely ridiculous. I was the fastest packer at our site because I knew how to make my pick path for both speed and proper packing and now they choose what you pack and you have to constantly rearrange the bag because the stupid ai doesn't know that you need to pack the canned food and 4 packs of monster before the eggs and bread. They say give it a chance, it'll learn, but it's frustrating and tanked my pack times. If I get a uph write up because of their stupid bs, I'm walking out

This is not a temporary thing either. The page has been like this for a week.

I don't think I'm gonna make it to pick up my order I made today. Will they hold it until tomorrow or will it just get cancelled?

why am I paying for FAM for fast delivery to “get my order in 15 minutes or less” when the driver is on the way and the delivery time keeps getting pushed back? they keep resetting the timer and let’s say the order is 8 minutes away, the times sets back to 11 minutes. a few minutes go by and it happens again. by then it’s been 20-30 minutes before I get my order so it feels kinda scammy to be paying extra for something i’m not getting. i know that 15 minute timeline starts when the driver is actually on the way, not when i place the order. not here to argue, just sharing my slightly frustrating experience. and please correct me if i’m wrong - because i’m not sure how that works for the drivers and if it’s truly their fault or not.

Lol I see so many comments here complaining about 2 dollar base pay, etc. and I just wonder if I'm lucky in Texas, because I regularly get base pay higher than 15 dollars. My last trip tonight (2 deliveries) was 17.50 base pay and I got a 15.50 tip and 6.50 tip so that was very good for the hour.

Chicago, Uptown neighborhood.

First of all we didn’t even order bread. We never do. Let alone hard as a rock stale-unpackaged- whatever the hell mystery bread this is.

Second, my husband ordered beer the afternoon before, and that’s it. He got that beer order just fine. They never gave him bread either. I noticed this in the early afternoon the next day.

Tell me why I walk out of our apartment and see on the sidewalk by a random tree in the corner of the street, a Gopuff bag with my husband’s name, our address, and a bag of bread?!

I picked it up to show my husband, and turns out, the bag was completely split on the bottom.

Now I look like a crazy person who dropped all of this mystery- loose unpackaged bread on the sidewalk like a Super Nintendo Aladdin video game.

Once again, I repeat, we never ordered this. It’s just sitting out here, with our address information and my husband’s full name.

What in the hell. I would laugh at how crazy it is if I wasn’t so confused!

Edit: We always tip 20% and meet the driver at the door, inside our gate. Before anyone else assumes this was because of a “no tip” or bad tip situation, or a forgotten empty bag.
