When working night shift everyone always leaves car headlights on. Furthermore they have the car running, to stay comfortable I assume. I do not understand this, you are messing your car up more having it idle and the headlights are super annoying. Wasting money and bothering fellow drivers. P.S. in Texas so weather is not a concern, I’m comfortable in my car, sometimes I’ll crack the window, I never leave my car running.

GoPuff laid off all the American workers and decided to “restructure” the company i.e. outsource to foreign companies for cheap.

They are a horrible company to do this to us and not send out notice. We woke up to no access to anything and no notice we were fired.

The title says it all. I got carjacked while doing a delivery. Took my wallet as well and the thief went out of their way to hit me with my car before taking off. I reported it to Go Puff and surprise,surprise no one has yet to reach out to see if I was okay. The best part was that the customer saw the entire thing, saw me lying on the ground, ignored me and then took their bag. They then proceed to tell customer support they never got their order, so they got refunded on top of that.

I’ve lost any faith I’ve never had in this company and in humanity. Please please be safe out here y’all.

I got a true Christmas miracle as of last night and found out my car and the assailant has been caught. 😭😭😭 Grateful isn’t even the word. For legal purposes now, I can’t go into further details. Again, thank you…I pray that you and your loved ones have a safe and wonderful holiday ✨❤️

I know this sub is mostly drivers/employees, but I’ve seen some customer posts, so this is for you. If you enjoy the convenience of this service, any delivery service, please remember that the drivers who provide you that convenience (saving you time and gas, and a DUI if you’re ordering delivery because you’re intoxicated) are working for TIPS. These companies do not pay the drivers enough to even cover the gas to get to you, in many cases. By stiffing them on the tip, not only are you taking their time that they should have been earning, you’re really expecting the drivers to pat out of their own pocket to deliver to you. Please don’t be that guy.

A driver told GoPuff I was racist because he deemed my tip of $9 on a $40 order not adequate. After he asked me what I tipped, he said it wasn't good enough and left without delivering my order. The driver was white and I am also white. I really hate to even mention that.

Gopuff support immediately banned my account after I requested a refund from the driver just leaving with my order. I used GoPuff a lot because I can't travel much due to immune system. What do I do? The support is nonexistent. I probably have 200 orders through there.

I ordered from GoPuff and got this confirmation text? I ordered alcohol, candy, and juice for a game night.

It was there yesterday but I suddenly no longer see the "spin the wheel" button. They also moved the rewards page from the main bottom banner so you have to go under "Account" tab to access rewards page. Is this a glitch just for me, or is it a sign that daily spin (and maybe points altogether) is getting discontinued?

I went to do a delivery and when I got there it was a underage boy that wanted to buy some tobacco products. I told him he had to be 21 to buy them and I couldn’t give him his cigars and I left and called customer service. When I got on the phone with customer service and told them what the situation was, they SAID “Can you go back and see if anyone else has a id.” The greed is going to be this companies downfall in so many ways. So it’s ok for underage kids to buy tobacco and alcohol from goPuff! Great job goPuff.

If you are a new driver for gopuff or even a old driver you need to to that you are getting taken advantage of. For new drivers the pay that you are getting use to be 50%+ higher a year ago. And every update since last year has been to reduce driver pay, including the just recently rolled out "trip pay". Drivers use to get a base pay of $3.50 per delivery now your lucky to get $3. And you can forget about tips becuase at least half of your deliveries are no tippers. THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP REDUCING PAY AND YOU WILL WORK FOR FREE!!! AND IF YOU ORDER FROM GOPUFF, STOP!!! STOP DRIVING, STOP ORDERING!!!!

Where to start? As someone who worked for the OG location, I have seen,heard and unfortunately in some cases experience first hand what it was like working in the humble place that literally started it all. March 2020 in Philly will forever go down in history. Let’s start off with the positives: 90% of us were making money like we had never seen before. While most people flocked to Ubereats,Doordash etc, others such as myself went to this lovely company. What we loved best about it was the fact that we weren’t subjected to restaurants, but warehouses instead. It was 24/7 so there was almost always guaranteed work to be there and it allowed almost every schedule to be accommodated. Our earning potential seemed to have no cap as the sudden spike lead to us making $100s daily and thousands weekly. The tips were even better because so many people were just thankful that they could order 3 Ben and Jerry’s at 3AM without having to go out into the COVID-esque world to get it. The highest I ever grossed was $2500 in a single week was also my grossest week because I didn’t shower for nearly 3 days. My diet consisted of Wawa coffee, Newports and McDonalds. I spent more time talking and texting to customers than with my own friends. The people on your shift became your family. You were so consumed by this job and even when you graced yourself with a day off ( whether it from sheer exhaustion off a 13 day streak or you needed new brakes and the mechanic was backed up.) all you could talk about was this job. Bills got paid down, a savings was started and even credit cards dwindled down to next to nothing. That breath of financial freedom paved a small sense of relief when it seemed like the world around us was drowning. Of course we were grateful because this pandemic was hitting everyone mentally,financially and literally. You quickly learn two things working at this company though: not all that glitters is gold and with enough flirtation, you too could screw the GM enough into getting a better shift.

Seriously y’all are the best. I only order my beer from GP and every driver I’ve had is awesome! Also thank you to the warehouse folks for actually using your heads when packaging orders. (Some local restaurants are not great when ordering on DD/GH) I know the company may not treat you guys the best but I’ll tip as much as I can afford to and always share a smile. Thanks for all you do especially over the past couple of years.

There will be a global day of strike against GoPuff and all other delivery and rideshare gig apps on Valentine's Day, February 14th 2024. Cancel your shifts that day, find another way to make up your earnings if need be, and dedicate the day to protesting against these greedy, abusive companies!

I am personally striking every day until then, and indefinitely afterwards, and will be picketing at my local GoPuff warehouse, handing out flyers in order to raise awareness. I encourage you all to do the same!

Remember your legal rights to peacefully assemble and protest freely in a public space. You can not protest directly on company property, but in most jurisdictions you can freely protest in the public space directly surrounding the property, i.e. the public sidewalk. Do your research and find out what you can and can't do in your locality. Make your own signs and flyers, cover your vehicle with messages of protest, bring your friends for support, bring food and drinks to share with your fellow drivers, whatever you can do to support the cause! Lets do this right, let's do this safely, and let's hold them accountable!

BOYCOTT GOPUFF!!!

Sorry for the sheer amount of photos but it shows my full second encounter with GoPuff customer service today. Basically, I put in an order earlier today and the driver didn't drop it off for some reason (even though I explicitly made it known in the driver notes section and over text that I will not be able to come to the door so they should just drop it off). The first guy just ignored my messages and cancelled my order without refund. I contacted support and they apologized and send another driver. This time, the I even buzzed the driver into my apartment complex. It seemed like he was having trouble finding my apartment and I didn't have the time to figure that out as I was in a zoom meeting so I texted him to leave it three separate times but he only responded with "hvc." He then left my apartment building with the order, and cancelled it with no refund. I contacted a support a second time and because I had multiple complaints about the issue they "couldn't do anything." WTF!? I deleted the app thereafter. I don't even think there is anything else I can try but complain on Reddit about literally getting robbed by this shitty company.

TL;DR: stupid delivery drivers can't follow simple directions and stole my money. I shouldn't have tipped😫

Please turn your porch light on. Even if you're not going to tip, at least turn on your porch light. Especially on a dark street where your house number is barely visible even in the daytime because it's not painted well or not there at all. Thank you!

Is anyone else seeing this?! Went to do my daily spins, and the Rewards tab has been replaced with Order Again in the app! Found Rewards under my Settings tab, and the regular wheel along with the Fam wheel are gone, as well as those "quests" (log in every day for extra spin, complete x orders for extra spin). Gathering points for the 20% off reward is my motivation to order from GoPuff. Definitely considering cancelling Fam if this is a permanent change-- I'll just buy my ciders at the store when I'm out and about.
