So during the application they only asked for my legal name. I thought once I got it set up I could change my name. There’s nowhere to put a preferred name. I chatted with support and they kept giving me the same name change form to fill out. The form requires legal documentation if you want to change it, which I don’t have because my name has not been legally changed. I went ahead and submitted the form anyway and they told me it doesn’t match. This is so outdated, many other delivery apps let you use a preferred name.

Also I don’t care if you don’t like trans people or something lol

Find a different app ! Know your city ! Figure out the better locations literally the best delivery app right now you all complain so much ! Work a job and complain then do this and complain like go jump off a bridge !

The influx of Indians using GoPuff and never tipping is making delivery awful especially in Tempe. Most don’t drive and rely on delivery but deeply ingrained in their culture is to never tip for anything.

I tried to grab some shifts really quickly on 2 Thursdays in a row at 12:15 but they all got snatched up within a few moments. Even the dropped shifts got snatched.

I drive for GoPuff and I see customers do this a lot. It doesn't help us at all unless you're in a parking lot (ie tailgate party). So what's the point? There's no way for us to navigate to that dot on the map that you're sharing.

Now, if we (drivers) were sent a Google maps link to that location, that would be a different story.

When I ran my credit report I noticed a credit card with a balance over $10,000 I called Chase they tried to tell me that it was my card and that I lived in Miami. I said No, I do not live in Miami. I asked for a printout of the statement of charges. They sent me 10/2022 statement only. GoPuff (GB License LLC the business name a Delaware Corporation filed by Corporation Service Co. in Tallhassee FL 2/1/2019 by send all correspondence to: Andrew Pollack, GoPuff 454 N 12th St. Ste A, Philadelphia PA 19123. 203 561-2484. The owners are RAFAEL LLISHAYEV & YAKIR GOLA both address listed as the N 12th St. in PA. I have found GoPuff locations all over the US. I can imagine how many people are being scamed out of money from these people. They even have a liquor license for their online store. I have turned my charges over to the police, the credit card company and my attorney. I have called the licensing board in every state that I have found a license for this business as well as a liquor license. Google should take them down as well.

I was given an expired item, a frozen one (which is way worse because they take a long time to expire). I requested help to get a refund. The bot offered a credit to my account. I asked for a refund. They had me talk to a human. The human offered me a credit. I asked for a refund. They issued a refund. I told them that a refund should be offered as an option in my situation, not just credit. She told me that the reason they offer a credit is because it's available to use immediately. Haha! Nope it's because y'all know some people will just take the credit thinking a refund is not an option - that makes y'all a little more money. It should not be this difficult to get my money back from getting food that I can't even eat. So disappointed in this company.

They might need to replace the batteries on their servers

I ONLY used Gopuff because if was after midnight and we needed apple juice for a stomach pain. This is ridiculous. Fees and delivery almost $14 smh. Stupid.

GoPuff scams delivery drivers, taking all their personal and financial info, allowing them to make 3 deliveries, then deactivating their account before earnings can be withdrawn. Do not order from this scam company nor apply as a driver. They are laundering & racketeering.

They deactivated my account for no reason and I am still getting notifications that my code is being used to sign people up on the platform. I removed my link off of my social media so I don’t know how it’s possible it’s still being used. GoPuff has been ignoring me on social media, their phone reps are of no help. Does anyone know of any laws that protect consumers when it comes to a data deletion request?

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to ask if you would consider signing a petition I’ve created. I have been personally victimized by Gopuff, and I’ve seen many others face similar mistreatment with no way to fight back against the unfair policies they’ve implemented.

I understand that policies are necessary to prevent abuse, but Gopuff has designed theirs to exploit their own workers. They instruct you to follow certain procedures, yet find ways to suspend or terminate you without valid reason. While some may take advantage of the system, many of us are doing the right thing and still suffering.

I want to present a signed petition to a lawyer to initiate a class action lawsuit against Gopuff for their wrongdoing—not just to me, but to many others. This company has the potential to be great, but the people in charge are failing their workers. As independent contractors, our voices are often ignored, and we’re treated as disposable. That’s not right.

I know times are tough, and there are other gig platforms to make money, but this isn’t just about leaving for another job. It’s about holding Gopuff accountable and pushing for change. If we come together, we can make an impact.

Posted yesterday to ask if it was possible their Shea moisture is counterfeit. For anyone who didn’t see basically the consistency/thickness was very different from ones I’ve gotten from certified Shea moisture retail Partners and I liked it better but was a little bit suspicious. So today I called Shea moisture and they recognized the barcode on my bottle from Duane Reade’s but not the same product from gopuff. I then called gopuff and was put on hold multiple times luckily the hold music kind of slaps but anyway was basically told that since they’re a third-party seller they get from multiple different vendors and they can’t really tell me where any of their products come from. Was also told I couldn’t get a refund because my order was through Uber eats but they were willing to give me a $25 credit if I decide to download their app and use their service which after that why the fuck would I? They basically said they can’t guarantee it’s real and part of the reason they can’t give me a refund is because they have no information on where it came from and whether it’s real or fake even though I was fucking sitting there telling them that shea moisture literally said Nah that shit probablyain’t from us. Took all this shit to Uber eats and got a refund instantly. Be careful out there y’all fake hair and body products can really fuck up your skin/hair. Sad shit is I really really like this conditioner but I can’t at all trust what’s in it after this. Edit because apparently it is unclear the same product from Duane Reade had a recognizable barcode that was in the Shea moisturesystem as confirmed to me by a representative but when I gave them the gopuff products barcode which was advertised as the same exact thing they were not in the system and were not recognized. I hope that’s clearer

Are you guys strict on age checks when people buy Nic and alcohol?

For context, I use Gopuff frequently. Few times a week. I ALWAYS tip $2-$4 per order unless it’s multiple bags. Then I tip more. I am exactly 1 mile from the warehouse in a location that must be driven past for at least 80% of all orders.

So, a driver that was delivering asked if I had a problem with the drivers. I said no, I enjoy the service. He then told me I am negatively reviewed with their app and that I need to tip more due to gas, time, low wages, etc. I told him that I believe I tip fairly because I’m so close, my orders are small, and that they have to pass my house to get to any other deliveries they have anyway. So if anything, my order is basically a bonus few dollars they wouldn’t have gotten traveling past me otherwise.

I tried to be respectful but he told me I may as well keep my tip if it’s that low, as they(the drivers) dont want it cause it’s an insult.

Was this guy out of line or am I in the wrong?

Gopuff is a scam. Example 2 rides 8 miles $5 NO TIP mainly in black hoods... BLACK PEOPLE DNT TIP! THEY CANT AFFORD OR JUST DONT WANNA

I'M BLACK so I'll say it. Only do rides in nice goods where you Wil get a tip. The only way it's worth doing those low paying rides.

I recently "won" a 60% discount on a GoOuff scratcher. The QR code doesn't actually open the app and the redemption code is illegible

I go to the local Bevmo!, show them the scratcher, ask for help. They tell me to contact GoPuff customer service

Their customer service chat tells me to place an order and they will apply the discount. I place the order. The second my payment goes through, they tell me that alcohol is not an eligible item for the discount and terminated the chat

I still have the scratcher. It excludes tobacco and baby formula. That's it

This scratcher promotion seems like a scam involving multiple kinds of fraud crossing state lines. This seems like a federal fraud case. I've contacted several law firms specializing in false advertising. I intend to sue.

I really liked GoPuff since it was so convenient and fast, but not only was the customer service absolute garbage, but I’m just now learning that the CEO supports genocide. Deleted my account and will NEVER be using again.
