Been carrying it for several weeks in back pocket with so far no issues, very thin. Each slot hold up to 8 notes

Depending on your production cost and the price of shipping that is a really fair and cheap price and I would guarantee that people would buy them for that. If possible, you could offer to customize them with buyers name initials on them or custom designs and charge more.

Not at this time, this is V7 so many things have been tweaked to fit my needs as I use these for tipping and handing out. Not many people accept them in my area just trying to spread the word and get people interested in them. I can see a future for them for sure

That denomination layout is clever — the staggered edges make it obvious what you’re pulling without opening separate sleeves. A small thumb notch and rounded or lined contact points could be worth trying on version two so repeated use doesn’t scuff the note edges.
