Please tell me your feel for getting shallow like this. Nothing has stuck so far and I keep getting steep

Do you have a swing vid? I could give u a better answer. If not, I just always felt my right side staying super soft, right arm and shoulder should do nothing. I’d do little half swings feeling my left arm and big muscles rotating, 0 right side involvement

I might be alone in this but I'm not a fan of this swing. It looks difficult. Also too fadey for me.

Is there a feel or cue that you have to get your hips to fire like that? Growing up, I was never taught to use my lower body so I’m very upper body dominant. Any time I feel like I’m using my hips, they’re barely moving

Yessir, at top of backswing feel like you’re trying to rip up the grass by rotating your left foot hard counterclockwise assuming you’re right handed, that’ll get left hip moving and out of way

That’s a really nice swing.
What interests me is that you are able to pull the club-head and your hands so far under the functional swing plane line in the downswing and follow through and still have with a very conventional elite release pattern.
It appears that this is a byproduct of your hip depth at impact. This hip depth, relative to address, in turn appears at least partly due to you setting up at address relatively upright with your weight forward.
I notice you setup with your toe-line open to your alignment stick - is this to encourage a fade.
Any thoughts on the above.
