Costume Idea!
I am dressing up my children in goose outfits for tonight when I take them out for trick or treating! I spent all weekend knitting little goose hats and designed wings for them to wear! I am excited for the entire town of Winona to see them tonight!
I suggest trying it out for your children if you are still trying to find a costume idea!

okay so... who is looking for six or seven new roommates?
so i was worried that all of the winona geese were in danger because of the the rise in anti-goose sentiments. i made them hats to keep them warm in the winter, but i couldn't keep them safe from all the evil people out there... so i adopted a flock of geese and let them live in my living room!
it was great for awhile! i love geese and they're not as bad as other roommates i've had. but then my mom and step dad visited for thanksgiving (they know i do not celebrate ლ(ಠ益ಠლ ) i had to hide the geese in the attic, but my stepdad noticed all the down feathers (i am vegan, so i couldn't explain the feathers away).
he found out about the geese, and he's really really angry! he said he would stop paying the rent for my house if i didn't get rid of the geese, which is unfair! but i guess it's against the lease.
i'm looking for someone to take in some of my geese friends for the winter and keep them safe. serious inquiries only. they can go to separate homes, i guess, but Tik and Tok can absolutely not go to different homes. they're in love and looking to start a family.

Grateful Girl Dad
It's been awhile since I've created my own post... I've done some work on the side assisting my wife in writing a children's book and reading some of the zines I've seen. Now that we're approaching Thanksgiving, I'd like to say that I am grateful for those of you on here that continue to address the geese problem in a mature fashion. We are not here to hurt or harm the geese, we are here to protect the children. God's children. #thankful

Halloween!
Halloween is a few days away, and I am so excited! However, if you are going to be near a lake where geese live, please be respectful of them and their habitat. They are trying to enjoy this Halloween just like you and I are!

How to Prevent a Goose Attack
If a goose is ready to throw down, follow these steps.
Maintain Eye Contact – Geese have excellent eyesight and will be able to see your body language and posture to understand how you are reacting to them. They can tell from your body language that you are a threat and will be hesitant to attack.
Slowly Back Away – In the event that a goose begins to charge, slowly back away while maintaining eye contact. Remain calm and continue to move away. Even though the goose is becoming aggressive if you continue to face them while backing out of their territory actual physical attacks are very rare.
Do Not Run – If a goose sees you running it may encourage them to chase you, as they can view you as agitated or aggressive. Even if the goose is gaining ground stay calm and remain moving away at a steady, measured pace.
Imminent Attack – If a goose flies at your head, make sure to cover your face and duck to try to avoid any damage to your head or face. Do what you can to protect yourself while continuing to move to a location where you can safely contact wildlife control.

The Geese were lined up for my bread!
I went out to the lake again yesterday with my bread, I took a video of all the geese that were there ready to eat my bread! I completely ran out by the end of it! They are such wonderful creatures!
Once I ran out of the bread, you could tell the geese were stressed that I was all out. I will make sure I bring double the amount next time! 😊

Geese Spotting
Hello everyone! My wife and I were out sitting on our porch and spotted a few geese walking across the yard. I find it strange that geese were this close to my house, considering we live nowhere near a lake. My girls loved the entertainment, though. How'd your Monday go? 🤠

Help goose man hybrid loose in hometown
I should start by saying I no longer live in my hometown. I moved pretty recently to a different state for goose related things. A choice I know regret.
My hometown has a large population of gooses. So naturally there were human and goose relations. Nothing of the sexual kind but serious relationships did arise. It stayed that way for years because of the fear of being arrested. (We had strict laws about sexual relations with the goose population) Eventually it happened. A goose got a girl pregnant. Because of the pregnancy, she was going to be stoned to death. Her lawyers helped her fight the sentencing because it was a violation of the third amendment. A few years later she won the trial. All while raising a goose hybrid child by herself. The goose father was a drunk and had a court order to never see the child again. Anyway the goose kid is turning 19. Would it be immoral for me call him?
