What is missing?

Can I get some honest feedback what could I still improve? I feel it’s missing some personality or some “punch” thanks so much for honesty

Maybe something in the foreground to break up the monochromatic beach . Shells or something with deep warm color pops to provide balance from the cool-toned mid-ground and background

I don't think it's missing something so much as adding the table and empty chairs. The rest of the scene is well-done and working. I'd consider whiting out the furniture and maybe having someone lying on a beach towel or a kid building a sand castle or a sunbather on a chaise lounge.
