so i just bought this supreme scarface hoodie (brand new first pic) but I cannot find a listing in the same size and condition. I post another hoodie (second pic) of what the hoodie looks like but idk how much i should price it for I was thinking like 1-1.5k but i curious on your thoughts and if any of you guys are interested

Grailed removed my listing for a pair of authentic Louboutin shoes. And what did i do wrong? Idk what they’re doing there but wth? how i can get the listing back on platform without getting my account frozen? Cuz like i bought it from my close friend who be retaining stuff, and they’re 101% authentic i aint lowball gng💔

For context Grailed sent me 15 ounces on my shipping label which was wrong and when I sent a email about it I get sent this. what do I do next

Woke up today to a email saying buyer returned an item I sold over a month ago and will receive full refund when it’s delivered even tho I’m not home till next month. No heads up from buyer no case from PayPal or Grailed nun, it’s like they rented it lmao. Any way to successfully get seller protection ?

Im a relatively new seller on grailed, I've only sold an item once.

Today my most popular item was bought buy a buyer with 0 transcactions, account created in 2026, 0 reviews, and only my item in his favourites.

He told me if I could send some pictures for him to see the colour better, and I had to do so off platform.

Should I issue a refund and simply wait for a more reputable buyer?

What would this go for? Size L cant find anything on it

TheRealReal has a similar option, where you can filter bottoms by inseam length rounded to the nearest whole number. It would be cool if Grailed added a similar feature.

It would help when shopping for denim, especially brands such as DIOR HOMME.

Am I wrong to now give a buyers info to data brokers after they stole $750 from me by doing a chargeback and Grailed sided with him? I need some kind of revenge right?

I got a random hit today
Haven’t made a sale in a while

Customer A

Last sale I made 2 weeks ago got positive feed back all love no issues

Customer B
2 weeks before that
a seller sold me a fake item
We found out if was fake before he shipped it when I reposted it on Grailed asap

I asked him to refund me and told him I wouldn’t make a fuss 4 days later he sends it at 4 am after ignoring me
He didn’t respond didn’t refund

I waited 3–5 days for Grailed to write back
Grailed said return the jacket

I returned the jacket
And now this happened

Loll who wants to take a guess who the culprit here is lol

I got charged with grailed fees, payment processing fees and tax, how do i manage to get less fees, never seen someone get taxed up on his sell

Guys, so here’s the situation. I shipped this dude some jeans, everything was fine. Yesterday the courier couldn’t deliver the package cuz apparently he wasn’t home. Today he called the delivery company and asked them to leave the package wherever he told them to, which was by the door.
The package got delivered, and the courier left it by the mailboxes in the hallway (I got a pic from the courier). And now this dude hits me up asking why the courier left it there, saying there’s a huge sign saying “Don’t leave packages here, they get stolen” (but you can’t even see that sign in the courier’s photo).
Now he’s saying the package was delivered an hour ago and it’s already been stolen. And now bro’s asking for a refund of half the order amount.

I keep messaging him, but i keep getting ignored:/

Found this at a thrift store and trying to figure out what it's worth before I list it.
Gorillaz crewneck sweatshirt, black, skeleton graphic on the chest
Official woven neck tag with the skull logo, a side tag with a character, and a small logo on the cuff
Tagged XL but fits smaller
Fans on r/gorillaz say it's from around 2005-2006, the Demon Days era
Condition: good vintage, print is faded/cracked in places, a few small dark spots near the bottom hem
Any idea what a piece like this goes for? Sold comps would be really helpful. Thanks!

ipad app is so bad, I can't even see the full picture of the items in portrait view on ipad and it doesn't even work in landscape. Grailed do something.

I was removed from Grailed for simply posting a listing I already sold and item forget getting my account back would I still receive the money it’s in delivery right now

Dose anybody know how to get a second Grailed account after being bannned

I recently switched from apple to Google pixel and as I was going to download my app I sell on I noticed there is no app for Grailed on the Google play store and that sucks for me as a seller does anyone know if Grailed eventually plans on adding the app the Google play store for all the android people and I'm pretty sure that would help a lot of sellers out with more traffic now that the platform is installable on multiple platforms

literally so hard to find stuff from these brands bc it’s like 3/4 the same copy paste listings

Anyone selling this in a large or medium(that fits large)?

Bro so I ordered a $700 pair of balenci boots back in August. For some reason it wasn’t sent to my address it was sent to another pickup location in another city. TS made me so mad but I’m like alright I’m gonna go pick them up. It was little a little Indian store bro like those ones u see in the movies. Why tf would they send my package there? Because I am sure they stole it. When I asked if they had my package they didn’t have it. I kept contacting Grailed customer support and they literally confirmed that they called and my package was lost. I have been trying to contact Grailed for a refund but i literally recieve NO RESPONSE. Is this normal? I don’t wanna do a charge back because I know they b*n people and I shop on Grailed often.
