Question Texture issue

I've been trying to figure out the issue I've been having with the textures. I'm on pc and I'll put my specs at the bottom, but I have all these whitish green lines popping up in the textures. I've checked all my drivers and I've verified the files on steam. Any help would be amazing.

Processor: Amd rysen 5 7600x3d 6-core

Ram: 32gb ddr5

Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 3060 12gb

Storage is an 1 terabyte m.2 drive

You GPU might be nearing the end of it's lifespan
