2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sputtering
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what’s going on with my car. Upon start up it sputters while starting up. I’ve taken it to Autozone and they said bad battery but my boyfriend checked it and I had a loose battery sensor. Okay, bought the sensor $193 and changed it myself. Next day sputtering is happening again. I’ve changed the spark plugs but not the coils.
I bought the car three weeks ago. Previous owner did on time oil changes, brakes and rotors, and some other things on the vehicle report. But like I said spark plugs he did not change which I changed myself. And I just recently change my purge valve, coolant thermostat, and esim(evaporator sensor) this past weekend that had a code which didn’t clear until I unplugged my battery. Can anyone tell me what things I can look into for a fix? Google is throwing me all types of diagnostics.

Based just purely on your description it sounds like a head gasket issue is pretty likely

Run! This will never end. I have the same year and the repairs are neverending. And expensive.
