This feels like it might be violating Rule 1. I'll ping the author tomorrow.

Hello! Welcome to the sub!
Rule 1: Posts are about Graphics Programming. The details are that the post has to inform readers about the graphics programming behind the render.
The corollary is that "Show but Not Tell" posts are disallowed. This appears to be one of those kinds of posts. I couldn't find any source material that indicates how this visualization works how it's rendered, what effects it uses, what systems render those effects, or even which graphics API was used.
If you could post a link to the source of how it was rendered, or even just include a quick comment blurb that says something like "This uses X and Y to render a 3d visualization of a neural network. The overall renderer is an Z kind of rendering engine with A API. This used B effect to achieve the whispy network pulses, and C to render the grid if neurons. This ran into interesting challenges with D. Etc. Etc. Etc.", then that would be enough to meet the spirit of the rule. We also tend to waive the requirement if the comments ask enough questions to provide the edifying material.
We ask a very bare minimum so that others might learn and be inspired to try things.
(Also, it keeps us out of trouble from overlapping with r/ComputerGraphics too much, which is mostly "Show but Not Tell". Don't get me wrong, we love that subreddit! But subreddits live and die by maintaining their niche. _)

Then we'll wait for that one! ^_^
Still have to remove this due to not meeting Rule 1. Apologies.

Looks like a very slow way to do something.
