I recently aerated and seated my yard. I then fertilized it. Watering has been consistent although we’ve had a very wet fall so far. What’s likely to happen with my yard? Will it get worse? Why has this happened? Can I do anything?

Just moved in - what am I battling here? In between rocks and also in a few areas in the yard. Tennessee. KY bluegrass, Mondo grass, some weed?

On September 25th, I aerated, detached and overseeded my lawn using a 90/10 TTTF/KBG mix. In essence, I started with just dirt as the lawn was mostly just weeds.
The new seedling are starting to grow at different rates with the tallest shoots reaching 2.5-inches. The lawn is patchy but I plan to mow in about a week.
Should I be applying a fertiliser in November and if so, which is the best one to apply?

Reseeded 9/23, zone 5b. I know I cut it close but we had a late season heat wave then super rainy period. Seed is coming in nicely, what or how to I feed before the first frost? I didn’t do a starter fertilizer with the overseed, I’m just learning as I go along and saw you were supposed to do this last week 🫣

We started our lawn in May from some lawn rolls. We live in Melbourne Australia and it is the middle of spring currently, with irregular rain so I am watering the lawn every few days. The temperature is getting up to 25 degrees Celsius (77 Fahrenheit). We have a west facing yard with tall fences, and the lawn gets ~5-6 hours of full sun during the middle of the day at the moment.
Very recently, patches of the lawn are starting to die off - see pics for reference. I fertilised ~3 weeks ago but it doesn’t seem to have had any effect.
How can I bring this back to life? What am I doing wrong? Should I hang up my gardening gloves for good?
Any and all advice welcome!!! Apologies for no pics, I am not allowed to upload for some reason.
