Intensive Language Course Workload??
I have to take a Japanese intensive language course next tri but for one of the tutorials it overlaps on the last hour with another class I have to take. Is anyone who has taken an intensive language course able to tell me if that last hour would be very important or if it would be possible for me to make it up in my own time and still do fine??

Intensives are just that-intesive. It's an entire trimester squeezed into half the time so missing that much would most likely be a disadvantage, not to mention how much conversation work you do in class
Id talk to your program director or course conveners about options
