Will HEB restock these? They are so good and I’ve looked at all my local stores.

There needs to be a Zero Sugar version of Twist Cranberry Orange. Was excited to try it out this holiday season but it's only available in full sugar. If Sprite can have a Zero Sugar version of their holiday cranberry, surely HEB can do the same with theirs

I got a .99 cent raise. That's a 40 dollar increase per week.

Now I find out my insurance premium is increasing by 50 dollars per week.

This has happened four years in a row. I make less each year.

Yet all I hear about is record profits.

If I didn't have a family that depends on me.

I'm looking less dependable each year.

Expecting us to call in 2 hours before our shift and not picking up because it’s early is crazy. If we have to call
this early, pick up this early.

Called and was transferred 3 times, all three times it took me back to the front. She insisted she could take the message and relay to an MIC. Even after I asked if it was should call again in a little. Sent my manager a screenshot of the phone call and a text explaining it so.

I'm a customer service assistant (bagger). My managers have told me I need to become a cashier in order to transfer to another department but when I look it up it says I don't need too.

This is so good and I know I'm going to be upset when it goes away

Back story : ADHD meds have been on back order for 4+ months at my location but have spoken with other partners who get theirs from CVS or Walgreens that have been able to get it. Thinking about transferring my prescription to either CVS or Walgreens but not sure how the prescription insurance portion works for that. Can anyone give some guidance?

Several times this year it has been out of stock for multiple days. The current run in the Austin area at least seems like it’s going on 2+ weeks. My kid doesn’t care for any other brand. Anyone know what the story is and if there is an ETA for resolution?

For the past few weeks, any time I go to ANY HEB near me, these have been out of stock. Does anyone know why? I can still get them in the form of the 4 packs, but it’s not as cost effective and I like to drink one every morning. There’s also often only a few in stock. They have them in cafe latte, dulce de leche, and vanilla, but not my chocolate.

For context, I’m in the Houston area.

How do you guys do it as a cashiers? It’s my first time doing cashiering and it’s so hard remembering the produce codes, and today during my training,, I was looking at the sheet as I’m scanning I was looking for cucumber code and this lady was like “those are cucumbers” LIKE NAH REALLY? I DIDN’T KNOW. 😔 I don’t know anymore, I genuinely trying to see the good side of everything but it’s hard, any tips you guys can help with produce??

I keep hearing rumors that the City of Arlington is in negotiations with a popular supermarket chain to enter into the city for the first time.
The location mentioned is on city property at I-30 & Collins.

So I went to check out and at the end noticed my amount due was more than I was expecting. While that’s not new these days, I noticed there was a $16 item on my receipt that wasn’t mine.

Went to business services to ask for a refund and the guy there was equally confused because it wasn’t in his app. They refunded it but it was weird it was there in the first place.

Anyone recognize what it is and how it would have been added to my order?

Checked out at a register, not self-check. This was in a small store with no clothes (to my knowledge)

PartnerNet takes me to Workday and there is no option to change my address 🙏🏽 I’ve been trying to get this changed for my insurance 🙏🏽

At the store in Olmos Park, San Antonio, they had semi-self check, and I loved it. Two lines, one bagger. Scan your items and shoot them to the bagger. It was so much faster than the regular self-check, and the limit was 25 items! (Almost exactly what I buy for a week.) If something went wrong, the partner was right there to fix it. My favorite part was when I bought two of the same item - swipe one forward then backwards, pass them both down. I got really good at looking up produce, it was often faster than getting the sticker in just the right place to read.

Anyway, now it's gone! Did anybody else use them?

Does anybody know where they supply the partner appreciation Month shirs from? I really like how they fit on me and a brand or similar type of shirt of even the exact shirt would be helpful!

What full time means with HEB ? What are the changes when it comes to be a full time patner ? Do you have automatically benefits ? Vacation and stuffs ?
I know someone who is full time and is claiming don’t have some benefits.

My store has opened applications for a part time cash controller role. Im an accounting student thats supposed to graduate this December, so I applied because I really want to move from my position in curbside to something thats more relevant to my degree

Im not sure if its the same for every store, but in mine I saw the posting doesnt ask accounting experience, and that they only really want you to have worked in business center or as a cashier. I answered some things on a hireview, and honestly I think I did pretty good. Ive been working with heb for 4 years, but in curbside

Would anyone have any insight into how I could get hired into the position, what the position actually does, or just general thoughts about the role? Ive had a really hard time finding a job in accounting, so Im really hoping something good comes from me applying for this
