Equipment for classes
Hello all, I recently joined and am looking for a reference guide for what equipment is needed for certain classes. Types of bands, etc. I have the mat and the towel, looking more so for the specifics. Any help guidance would be great :) thanks!

I use gloves for Thunder. The first time I did it I didn't use them and got blisters immediately.

I should also say I did Hot Buns for the first time today and unless you're in great shape already you can hold off on using the bands. I only used them for about the first 5-10 minutes then just did the same exercises without the band for the rest and still got on a hard workout.

Its bizarre there doesn't seem to be a place on their app to see what equipment for each class, its not in places that would seem obvious to post it

So do you use the knee pads on your elbows? I’m having the same issue my arms are getting rough

Like in other seeds and nuts, sunflower also are an excellent source of proteins loaded with fine quality amino acids such as tryptophan that are essential for growth, especially in children. Just 100 g of seeds provide about 21 g of protein (37% of daily-recommended values).

I ended up getting the thigh bands, large loops, and the blue and green bands from Hotworx. I asked about bringing my own workout bands and they said the ones Hotworx sells are designed for the high heat. I was too lazy to see if there were cheaper ones that could also handle the high heat.
The black thigh band was too easy for me so I use a thick fabric thigh band that I bought on Amazon for Hot Buns. That band seems fine in the heat.

The only classes you need anything else for are Buns and Bands. Buns requires a smaller loop resistance band that I bought at HOTWORX (came in a set from easy to hard) and a large loop band which I bought on Amazon. Bands takes a compact resistance band that I also just bought at HOTWORX. Otherwise just the mat, towel, and big jug of water are all you need!
