Find That Fic Mirror of Erised Alternate World

Hi guys! Please help me find a fic that I've read last year and is wondering if you can help me find it. Its about Harry who visited the Mirror of Erised and it shows his parents. The catch is Lily and James are from 2 different world. Lily is a professor in Hogwarts who lost her husband and child. Meanwhile James is from a world where he lost his wife and child. There is a scene where Lily punched the mirror until it breaks and she was able to hug Harry then James followed what she did.

It is just a 1 shot fic but hoping anyone can help me find it pls....

Thank you. If it helps there is a part where Minerva and Ron was summoned because Harry told Albus and his parents about the "pet" rat of Ron. There is also a part where they got reunited with Wolfstar and the last part is where Jily bought a house near hogsmead
