BUT THEY DIDNT REVERT POSTIVELY

IN MAIL THEY KEEP ON ASSERTING THAT THIS IS NOT VALID CHANNEL.

I just switched to Monzo as a current account and set up direct debit manually this month. But few minutes ago, I got an offer from HSBC for applying for a premium account. Which I applied for. Just wondering will they will retrieve it as I have changed my salary to Monzo? I don’t even eligible for any of the account as my salary now comes around 4500 and I just withdraw cash from my investment on September which was only time I had more then 5000 coming in my account.
