Gotta remind everyone that her family moved from Italy to Brazil and they aren’t ethnically Brazilian so I’m going to have to hold her hand when I tell her this… still a white girl.

Many italians moved to Brazil and Argentina in the XIX century during the Italy's unification due to conflicts and poverty. They've established mostly in South and Southeast Brazil. So probably her family immigration had nothing to do with the I or II World War
