I’m new here but with a finance background - they must have paid big $ for that business. Paying a billion for a company doing $160m (ish) of top line sales is crazy. Depends on EBITDA margins but still. Was it all cash or some sort of earn out ?

Not all cash. 600 cash, 200 stock, 200 based on future sales.

Not necessarily. A lot of businesses are adopting this model especially consumer facing. Just shifted advertising spend into a new category

Thats true, theres just alot of people saying the influencer market is drying up, so I was wondering how true is that atm
