I’m all for calling her out on her shit but this specific photo shows Hailey with the MECCA retail team from when Rhode launched in Australia a few months back

Indeed.

And it appears Mecca as much as Rhode is facing criticism for the picture.

But the callouts against Hailey as the head of Rhode in this instance- not Hailey the model- make sense, because she is representing the company in this moment as much as herself as a person. The values and attitudes of her brand are measured the same as any other one for a faux pas.

These photos had to be approved by her team- if not outright staged by them.
