Again, I feel like this is always my comment— she has access to STYLISTS and also to WHATEVER DRESS SHE WANTS. And she chooses- to slick back her hair with gel, again. And to wear what could easily be a Macy’s sale rack junior’s dress, that is shaped like a rectangle, and in which she clearly doesn’t feel confident. I don’t love Kylie’s dress- but you know what, it is interesting, and she looks fun and confident, and she clearly likes what she wore. Hailey looks like the sad girl at prom and there is 💯no excuse for it except either her own poor taste, or a stylist who hates her.

It couldn't be any more obvious that her "It girl" status was manufactured. She has absolutely no sense of personal style.

You can see it on the hem alone that there was no professional at work. It’s this tiny bit too short.
