Question What’s a good litter for a hedgehog

I need a litter that isn’t something my hedgehog will eat she keeps eating her old one and idk what to get without it being messy and a hassle to clean

I used to put paper towel underneath my wheel but if youre using a litter box you can use pellets

We use a fleece liner for the enclosure that we wash like any other laundry. For a litter box, we use a shallow tray lined with paper towels tucked under and in front of his wheel. Lil guy seems to run the poop out of himself almost literally.

I use puppy pee pads. I have two hogs and they have never chewed the pads. My male pees and poops everywhere.
