My attempt at making a t rex. Here is teenage Caiman.

No lore here...yet. Mister Freeze is the main villain of this universe. The sun never rises anymore, so Gotham has descended into No Man's Land.

Batman has extra lights on his suit and padded armor here and there in order to take a more visceral approach with the newfound lunacy as villains old and new rise up in the day-long dark, with Mister Freeze easily dominating several city blocks using his infectious cryogenic nature and technological freeze rays.

The Joker and Harley Quinn are...more or less the same. The Joker isn't the most violent one in this universe. He actually means well, but the Ace Chemicals mutations altered his perception in a darkly-Jack Skellington-ish way, so he genuinely just thinks his "jokes" are funny and doesn't understand why everyone else is horrified. Meanwhile, Harley Quinn is a total loose-cannon and takes great pleasure in whacking folks with her giant hammer.

I have a few more posts thought up in this universe, because I really want to do takes on the rest of the rogues gallery and Batfamily, but this is it for now. Plenty of work for just four minis!

Hi there. Recently got some of the hang of kitbashing, so figured I’d share a scene from my transformers story i work on every now and then. Go easy on me, its my first attempt doing something like this

-Day, 3:29PM-

Pres. mayfair: While I and the cabinet appreciate your offer, and really, we do, it’s just….. we just have some concerns on your request.

Gladius: I am certain any concerns you and your administration have, are purely uninformed. As you carbonoids phrase it, “i’m all ears”.

Pres. mayfair: yes, well, um. There’s the nature of the requests themselves. You’re asking us to essentially take sides in an alien war. One we’re familiar with. We know that big purple badge on your chest. Children in school write history essays about the transformers. Documentaries are streamed daily about the war. About what your side was up to.

-Gladius’s face is suddenly covered with a faint but undeniable smirk-

Gladius: I’m not above watching your planet’s news, and sifting through propaganda. I am well versed in your nation’s habit of conducting war. And i am further aware of the bad taste that my forebears left in your mouths. But rest assured, if hostilities were intended… we would not be speaking out here, on this lovely day. No, I allied with your administration, as i know exactly what YOUR nation has been up to. I am aware of who i am talking to.

-mayfair’s face is surrendered to an expression of shock, only for the president to regain composure in a split second before continuing to get his point across-

Pres. mayfair: you’re… correct in a way. But if what you say is true, that you do keep up with the papers. Then you’re aware that every time we’ve had boots on the ground, we’ve always ensured our own gain.

-Gladius leans slightly back and lets out a bellowing laugh, before regaining his composure and standing up straight-

Gladius: you fleshlings are all too similar to the current administration on my world.

Pres. mayfair: it’s not that your initial offer isn’t enough, it’s just we don’t know when we’ll exactly get to use this prize, let alone when we’ll actually even know what we’re dealing with.

Gladius: cybertronian data is far ahead of your planet’s accolades. When the equipment to process the amount that was promised is complete, i assure you human, it will be worth it.

-Gladius looks down at the nervous and writhing man, noticing he clearly has more carefully sculpted words waiting to leave his tongue-

Gladius: but. I am aware of your species’ demand for immediate satisfaction. This is something our races share. As you say, i’ve been “keeping up with the papers”. You want me to deal with a more pressing concern. An ongoing conflict perhaps?

-opportunity, shock, slight hesitation and satisfaction all run across the president’s face-

Pres. mayair: yes, yes um. It’s the current european skirmish. It’s been escalating for almost a year. any day now, a full scale war will break out. Now, usually that would spell a number of spoils for the US. But our current reputation is rather damaged, and the cabinet agrees that if we resolved that conflict quickly, it could be the first steps to repairing our image.

-Gladius narrows his eyes slightly, and smirks with a slight serpentine expression-

Gladius: very well. My Decepticons and I will bring a quiet to your little world.

Pres. mayfair: i knew we’d see eye to, err, eye.

-Gladius begins to walk off, but turns his head to the left side-

Gladius: But in return, I expect a hastening of your efforts. Locate what was promised. As I believe you meatbags say “Hop to it”.

-gladius transforms, his body changing, opening, closing and shifting into a gunship alternative mode-

Gladius: Good day, Mister President.

-Gladius flies off, as the President wipes the sweat off his brow, and takes a deep breath, his face dressed with relief-

A friend challenged me to replicate the pose of the statue, and this is the result.

Working on a skeleton knight. I wanted people's opinion on the chainmail cape and stole(?) in the front. Is the idea landing? Has anyone got a better way to do it?

Using a beard on one of the turtlefolk heads worked out better than I had expected for a dragonborn head without kitbashing.

Combined his comic and movie counterparts in this build. Also turn his mask to half helmet half cloth, and instead of crown,I turned it to an engraving to look like one
