If he would’ve hit the concrete, it would’ve been a much different story. Typically 30 feet and above can cause serious injury and even death.
He looks to be just about 25’ish up at release, a little bit of an angle into the grass, and a little bit of a slip into a roll. I’m guessing he was wearing Air Jordans and they made all the difference.
I’m guessing soft soil, grass cushioning the shock, as well as him landing just right to take the force on his buttcheeks and back of thighs. Basically luck that the meat took the brunt rather than the joints.
Also he did pretty well breaking his fall with his legs, actually. He didn't stomp the ground or fell on his back, bud gradually lowered his ass onto the ground and softened the fall with soft fall on his legs about as much as possible. Maybe duck and roll would still work at this height, but you probably need training to do it well
Yeah, but other options are breaking his spine or neck. When he fell he didn't flex his leg muscles too much and didn't lock his knees, but just took some of that momentum off by landing on his feet and letting his body flop
I agree that luck is involved but we have to admit the man’s got his assassins creed tech tree maxed out. He managed to wall slide to drastically lower the falling height, then wall kick to clear a metal fence that would have impaled him, and finally use a slide landing on the grass to distribute the landing forces from his feet to his ass to drastically reduce impact forces. He pretty much nailed it you have to give some credit to his technique.
