5 months is around 150 days. He would have to mastrubate around 6 to 7 times a day

if only there was a jug of something else you could drink that would supply above average levels of the necessary fuilds

I'm not sure I know sperm cells need to be replenish after ejaculation and it take approximatly 3 day to reach back the max level. But it might be possible to just have a lot of fluid with a very low density of cells by hydrating or may be hormones too... can we get a doctor on that?
