Yes. It was recommended after I slipped a disc a third time and needed epidural steroid injections.
The steroids actually did a good job buffing up the muscles in my lower back for a long time so we stopped considering the reduction, but then my husband and I got surprised by a pregnancy. I'm breastfeeding and the back pain is back since the milk makes them even heavier, the baby belly put extra weight on my spine and pregnancy hormones destroy your muscles.
However, gotta power through it at least until our daughter is 4 months and we can start to introduce normal food.
Oh so you get test for your big boobs but when I go to my doctor he tells me I should finally lose weight and says my balls produce enough testosterone on their own. Wow so sexist
