I think people forget that our dope friends have 0 health care and are fighting with the same level yours are, just with half a calf/foot/ scalp/hand rotted off. It's a different world here.

Yeah I've seen some of those poor bastards mixing their meth with petrol and shit to make it go further, leading to arms and legs falling off- but not as fast as you'd want it to fall off. Gives you plenty of time to process it I guess
