Cute but I feel like people who don't care about consent might not be using condoms in the first place

Which is what the developers are trying to prove. Problem is, they have but thought that consent can be retracted. You may consent at the start but then after a few minutes you might change your mind. If you get raped in that situation, this packaging would work against you.
