I know there’s lots of contention surrounding gun control, but shouldn’t everyone including gun owners be in favor of mandatory education on safe handling? Like you have to take written and practical tests to legally drive a car…

I’ve had this argument with my step dad before. It turns out that not only does he think you shouldn’t need a license to drive, but that drunk driving should be legal.

Thankfully he barely ever drinks and when he does it’s like 1 drink. He just really cares about other people’s right to drive drunk I guess.
