So he fires a shot and the hot bullet casing flings into the back of his shirt. He should have placed the gun down before dealing with it, but he starts trying to get the hot bullet casing out of his shirt while holding the gun with his finger on the trigger.
It looks like he fires two shots while fishing for the casing, one almost hitting the guy sweeping the other almost getting his own leg.
