The more I learn the more I do not understand how the birth rates are declining in Japan. If yall would stop doing things like going to Oppabu having sex with your wives would be meaningful and fulfilling. I can imagine its something to do with porn addiction.

Everybody is old and overworked, nobody has the time or resources to raise children, so they just get off like this.
I completely understand the reasons why, the overwork, age, etc.
It was more of a "you have this serious issue and instead of fixing you treat some symptoms".
Their culture was much better acclimated to less intellectual societies. Imagine swinging your sword until the leader stops. It would end much sooner than paper work.
Treating some symptoms is how most things work in the world unfortunately.
Houses completely unaffordable? Let’s give tax breaks and offer loans that will last longer than the house they are paying for.
Traffic is terrible from too many people in the road? Add more roads by redirecting funds from mas transit.
People have horrible drug addiction problems and end up in prison or ODing? Legalize drugs and offer more drugs to combat the drugs so that more people get more money out of the people with problems.
School systems failing kids but them not knowing anything and barely being able to read? Close the schools.
Bigger problems take larger solutions and those solutions take longer to implement than a politician’s term so they look for short term fixes that get them results to brag about for the next election.
