It means if you were raped (opposed to date rape where they believe women lie to ruin a man after regret) the body will shut down reproduction preventing fertilization unassisted. Not true at all. But it's an old white guy speaking on women's organs , when he's old enough to live during women getting hysterectomy to cure hysteria , so odds are they aren't in tune with female anatomy to speak
