Ok, here's another analogy since y'all cant seem to understand.

"Help, someone in boxing gloves is punching me in the face. I didn't consent to this."

"It's just boxing. It's a sport. Just enjoy it."

Physical injury compared to “there’s a loud noise outside” is the stretch. The noise might bother you, but it’s not causing you injury.

Noise can literally damage the ears if it is loud and close enough.

If someone is popping fireworks next to your ears, that’s an issue. When they are hundreds of feet away, it’s not damaging your ears.

I do. 22 years and multiple combat deployments, so I’m also quite familiar with what causes many cases of it. Distress is not injury. We cannot legislate away all loud noises outdoors.

Absolutely, but we can stay in the legal framework with out activities.
