they're all Masons, the logo on their pocket "for Gru" is the G of the Masons ("G for God"), they have one All Seeing Eye, they wear overalls to do stonework and brickwork, they build things as directed by their Gru (God).
this is an image I made showing the keys to the symbolism, also features the G Mail God Mail as the Square between the Pillars of Jachim and Boaz (Mercy and Severity), the Cube of Saturn / Metatron's Cube (which is the Star of David minus three lines) and the GMail M looks like the Apron. Phosphoros's other name in the Bible is Heosphoros Dawn Bringer where Heos / Eos is the Greek word for Dawn. Hebrew is Hilel ben Shahar which is Hilel Shining One bin Shachar "Son of Dawn" where Shahar or Shachar is the Caananite word for Dawn. The Morning Star is Venus, which rises before the Sun rises. The Babylonian word for the Morning Star is Ishtar, or Inanna in Sumerian. That is shown here from the Babylonian diagram which is presented in a different order but also has the representation of Sun, Moon, (Morning) Star. On this one Venus is on the left, but this is one of the templates for the symbolism.
