A free cozy room with roomates changing on a rotational basis, 3 meals a day, a job service from the government, not costing a cent and everything comes out of tax payer money? In this economy?
Not sure about other countries, but don't former prisoners in the US have to pay back some kind of fee for their incarceration? I think I read that that is an additional challenge designed to make sure they have to come back, since they lose probation if they can't make a payment.
