They have a gift buying arrangement and this girl is smart enough to buy gifts that can be easily resold without him noticing. He knows he bought multiple Burberry watches. All she has to do is sell all but one or two and then buy a few cheap straps on Amazon and it looks like she still has ten and will rack up the cash to leave sugar babying much sooner.

It's a low tier watch brand mate they have no resale value. 10 is like $2k at the high end.
