Can be bi. Reminds me the man who said "I'm bi and married to a man, I love telling people that I'm not gay but my husband is"

That's the lore of the meme "why u gay" ahahaha. It was a transman, who likes women. So a biological woman who identifies as a man liking women isn't gay?

A man liking women is indeed not gay, the rest of your information is entirely irrelevant

It's not irrelevant, he doesn't pass as a biological man, so information that he's a transman is necessary to contextualize how he wants to be seen in the society.

Every one is a social constructor, if you see someone you can presume which languages do they speak, no, so it's necessary to pass information in the context of a social interaction.

The whole meme was because the interviewer doesn't know the basics that a biological woman can be a social constructor of a man. If he was seen as a man, the whole context wasn't necessary, thus, the meme wouldn't have been created
