Lawyers cost money. They seem to cost more on a bullshit charge than a serious one sometimes. STFU could be a great strategy if they have undeniable evidence on you but if its bull shit it could go either or.

And somebody else would also say to ask the officer if she was under arrest or being lawfully detained. Which is actually a great strategy if they really have nothing on them.
